What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer shipping through USPS. We charge a flat rate of $6.99 per order and offer free shipping on orders over $149. We also offer free delivery to select areas and you can always pick up orders from us at craft shows free of charge.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We have partnered with Square to accept online payments. They’re one of the largest and most trusted credit card processors for small businesses. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App and most major credit cards. We do not accept Venmo or PayPal.
How long will delivery take?
Each order is custom made and takes anywhere from 24-72 hours on average to ship depending on the order. We work hard to ship all orders as soon as possible!
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We do not store any payment information on our website. We have partnered with Square to handle all payments. We have install SSL certificates on our website to ensure the data we do store(Name, Address, Email Address) is safe and secure.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Usually within 12 hours of your order we begin work on your order and no further changes can be made regarding colors or customizations. Once finished creating your order we ship it out to you.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a receipt/invoice for all online orders that can easily be accessed anytime under “My Account”
